The Consumer Credit Act

1974 legislates that credit agreements must meet

certain criteria.

Through the failure to meet

these criteria, many agreements

are unenforceable

Had a Credit Agreement between 1996-2006?

Well, you may be due to get some money back!

It is estimated that as many as 80% of credit agreements do not fully comply with the Consumer Credit Act of 1974.  If your credit agreement is found to be unenforceable the agreement could be cancelled with the balance outstanding written off and in many cases payments that have been made under the agreement would be returned.

As appointed representatives, we work with specialist legal teams, regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of claims management activities.

You will benefit from a dedicated Account Manager who will manage the

full claims process and will be available whenever you need them.

Our work is carried out on a ‘no win no fee’ basis.  If you have one or more of the above agreements, give us a call now.  You have nothing to lose to find out.

Amanda and Basil Rankine ran up debts of £120,000 after their mortgage advisory business collapsed and they found themselves unable to afford the monthly payments.

Their debts were spread over 13 credit cards, four loans, car finance and an overdraft.

After legal proceedings, their total debt clearance was £100,000 leaving just £20,000 outstanding.  The full story was reported on BBC’s Panorama program.  To view the program, click here.
